Enjoy an evening outside in the spring air to rest, reset and renew with Amy & Simone. Simone will create a serene sound soundscape, allowing you to settle deeply into the experience. Amy will offer yin poses focused on grounding and opening both the physical and energetic bodies. Restorative options will also be provided for those seeking deeper rest and relaxation. Dress comfortably. Bring water and a yoga mat, journal optional. Simone is a holistic esthetician and sound bath practitioner specializing in nervous system regulation, plant-based skincare, and gentle rituals to support skin and overall well-being. Amy is a Registered Nurse, Energy Practitioner and Yoga teacher focused on self-awareness and nervous system regulation. She believes each body is a unique expression of the divine; if you can breathe, you can do yoga. This event is located on the peaceful lawn of the Abundant Wellness Exchange; behind Saint Pete Salt Room & Ritual Skin Studio.
