SUP Yoga offers a unique way to explore St. Pete, and your balance! Refresh and recharge on our peaceful waterways while dropping into your body and breath. This is the perfect gift for you and your adventure buddy! Minors age 12 and up are welcome; they must be accompanied by an adult and have guardian consent. This is a fun gift idea for the teens in your life! I will create and wrap your gift certificate and/or provide an electronic version. When sharing adventure presents with friends and family, it's fun to offer a tangible expression of the gift! Each trip includes a 15 minute phone consult and ongoing email communication to ensure the trip is a once and a lifetime experience! SUP yoga is great for beginners and advanced yogi's. Sunrise and sunset on the water are a truly unique experience and a personal favorite here at Green Olive Yoga. Beginners are encouraged to enjoy a sunrise paddle as there is less boat traffic. Only experiences paddlers will be approved for sunset trips. You must know how to swim to safely enjoy this offering. If kayaking is more your speed, breath and meditation are the perfect addition to any paddle! You must supply your own kayak and the BOGO price is discounted to $175. Dress to get wet and bring water. ISUP's, snacks, dry bag and life jacket are provided. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before launch. Weather, tide and current will all be monitored and considered. Wind over 10knots, lightening and/or heavy rain is an automatic cancellation and full refund or reschedule available.
