Service Description

Breathwork (one word) is conscious circular hyperventilation. This form of breathing takes the body into a state of respiratory alkalosis. Therefore, this is not a practice for every body. Pregnancy, cardiovascular disease, certain neurologic disorders, kidney disease, and significant metabolic imbalances are contraindicated. Please be willing to complete a comprehensive health history prior to initiating this form of work. Breathwork can be utilized as a powerful healing tool to address repressed states of consciousness, including trauma. This form of breathing invites the practitioner to do their own work and dive into self in a profound and active manner. I will hold sacred space as I guide you up the mountain of breathwork and into your subconscious. I warmly recommend a plan for multiple sessions when committing to this healing modality. It is my honor to walk beside you on you healing journey.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12-hours before the appointed time. Late cancellation fee is $30. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling and will result in full charge for the session.
