Join me on the water for the Sunset SUP Full Moon Meditation 9/7/25 7:00p-8:30p. We will launch at Northshore Beach, anchor and settle into a peaceful guided meditation 🧘‍♀️. There will be breathtaking views of both Sunset over Downtown and Moonrise over the Water. Settling into a moment of inner peace on the water in our special little town is something I can't wait to share it with you! I will have dry bag, anchor and ropes but I encourage you to bring your own if you have them. This is a bring your own SUP, or kayak, paddle. I have two SUPs available on a first come first serve bases and this must be reserved prior to the event. Please message me with any questions 727-709-0038. The paddle is automatically canceled for high winds or lightening to ensure everyone's safety. If you want to meet us on the water after a paddle: Launching from Coffee Pot Park: 1st St NE & 31st Ave. NE., St. Petersburg, FL 33704 is an easy safe paddle. Just follow the waterway toward the right (only way to go from the boat ramp). You will paddle along Coffee Pot Blvd and follow the sea wall until you see Northshore Aquatic Complex. Look for a little beach with volley ball courts. You will pass under a bridge and cross one channel on the way. This is a pretty beginner friendly paddle. Launching from Demens Landing Park: Bayshore Dr. & 2nd Ave. S, 525-549 2nd Ave SE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Head left toward the pier once you are out of the marina. This paddle has little more potential for boat traffic and the current/chop around the pier can very. You will pass under or around the pier. the first beach you will see is Spa Beach at the Pier. Keep going and follow the sea wall until you see Northshore Aquatic Complex. I recommend being comfortable on your board if you take this route since you will return after sunset.
